We provide a “no-nonsense” free service period warranty. If the pests return during the warranty period, further treatment is carried out at no additional cost.
We also offer an ongoing inspection and/or maintenance program, where control has been applied to protect the property against future infestations. We offer this in Pest Control and Termite Control. |

Our employees provide the same quality service that they would provide their own family and homes. We employ only office and field staff who have extensive experience in our industry.
All field employees and office staff have ongoing training of new methods, equipment, materials, chemicals, health and safety. In addition, all employees have continuing education to maintain their active license status. How to pick a good termite company
1. In California, the pest control industry polices themselves through a board composed of industry and public members. It is called the Structural Pest Control Board, and is located in Sacramento, Ca.
2. Satisfied customers are the best source of information for a company’s reliability, depe
ndability, and credibility.
3. Customer satisfaction is our most important commitment. Without it, we cannot be successful.
4. Our inspections include the following:
• Interior, exterior, attic, garage and/or carport, attached decks, subarea, foundations, abutments, and more.
• We look for a report on: termites (all species), wood boring beetles, other wood destroying organisms, fungus infections, dry rot, and anything else that can destroy wood.
• We also look for these conditions that are conducive to infestation and infection: Earth to wood contact points, faulty grade levels, cellulose debris in subareas, excessive moisture conditions, and more.
• We check every inch of the building that comes in contact with the soil and make sure that termites have not entered
• Concrete and masonry floors and walls must be examined for cracks and gaps where termites can enter
5. The entire structure must be inspected for indications of hollowed out weakened wood, and especially for signs of the termites’ tubes |
