and repairs. Our repair trucks carry all of the latest equipment
to carry the job out efficiently. We can replace a 2-inch
baseboard in the bathroom, a 10-inch by 10 inch by 20-foot
support column or a complete deck, patio, wall or bathroom.
If it needs to be repaired or replaced, we can do it. Ask
your inspector at the time of inspection concerning special
orders. Some items must be special ordered and require time.
Call early to avoid delays during repairs. If items are ordered
early enough they can be installed at the time of the needed
repairs without any delays. 
This fungus is an important cause of damage to wood structures.
Fungi attack wood, which is composed of cellulose, breaking
it down to starches and then to sugar molecules. Fungus is
usually a result of a moisture condition and is often found
in the eaves, rafters, patio covers, decks, and walls around
stall showers and subflooring. Wood fungus leads to fungus
decay, commonly known as "dry rot" or "wood decay." Fungi
need three things to live: Air, Food source (sugars and starches
inside wood), and moisture. Take any one of the three away
and the fungus will die. Damaged wood is soft and spongy and
crumbles easily. Fungus, like a wood cancer, must be cut out
or it will spread. It is controlled by removing and replacing
infected wood . In some light instances the wood can be scraped
and then treated with a fungicide or wood sealer, preservative.
