Termite Control
After an inspection is of the structure, a detailed report is written up by the inspector detailing the infestations and their locations. The report will have recommendations associated with each infestation or infection. A separated bid will be for each item. It is your house and you are the one that decides which item you would like complete by M&M. A plan is developed to heat the areas of infestation to elimnate the structure of drywood termites. After this treatment is performed, the house is eligible for a year Home Owner Protection plan. Ask your inspector or call the office.

Pest Control
Heat can rid your home of spiders, bed bugs, cockroaches and other creepy crawlers. The house will be heated up to 150 degrees anbient and the bugs will start leaving once they have encountered the heat. Since this is heat, there are no residual chemicals left behind.

Damage Control
Our technicians have been trained to replace damaged wood that matches the wood size and detail. If it is rough redwood, it will be replaced with rough redwood. They can replace anything from a 2inch baseboard in a bathroom, to a complete bathroom or deck. No job is too big or too small.
